Muscle Building – Who is to be turned to?

Does the name Vince Delmonte ring a bell? Well, he used to be 'Skinny Vinny'. If you didn't know, he is the body-builder and fitness guru that earned the above nick-name on account of how skinny he was. He'd been there and done that.

Obviously knew what he was talking about when he wrote the book 'No Nonsense Muscle Building' where he shows how to build muscle, lose weight and overcome muscle unfriendly genes in the shortest time possible.

Of course we know there's a lot of hype in muscle building magazines, many of which are useless. This guru was one of those that were able to turn away from it all. When he did, he was said to have been about 149 pounds. Then he went through natural routine that brought him 41 pounds of muscle, taking him up to 190 pounds within six months.

Concerning the above-mentioned achievement, all it took was training ONLY three days per week, without lots of supplements and best of all without drugs. It was basically a combination of nutrition with expert training.

Vince reveals a lot more in his book, highly suitable for both beginners and advanced body building. His principle literally transformed him from 'Skinny Vinny' to a 'physique champion' and helped others increase their strength and muscle size.

Experience, they say is the best teacher, but try experience combined with the qualities of a good coach. Talking of a good combination as regards muscle building, try men like Vince.

One thing though, what everyone does is entirely up to them. Some win. Others lose. Vince is just one of them, but I figure if his idea, programme or system worked the way they did, up to the level they did, again and again then they will work yet again and again, and work for you and me.
